Final Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection—Sunstone's Strict Control of Product Quality
Last week, Sunstone group visited our factory to conduct an on-site pre-shipment inspection of a batch of black-painted pillar bases which were scheduled for shipment to overseas customers, ensuring the products would be delivered in optimal condition.
Product Specification Measurements
Strictly controlling quality before shipment was the core objective of this inspection. In the factory, we conducted random sampling inspections of the products’ critical dimensions, appearance, and assembly quality against the customer’s drawings and technical requirements, and accurately recorded all data.
Rigorous, meticulous, and responsible—these are our fundamental principles for handling every order. Only products that fully meet specifications are permitted to proceed to the shipping stage.
Compatibility of Accessories
In addition to the product itself, we simultaneously verified the models and quantities of the accompanying screws and performed a test assembly to ensure the product and screws were fully compatible and installed smoothly. We strive to prevent any inconvenience to the customer caused by accessory issues during actual use.
Packaging Inspection
During the packaging process, we focused on the sturdiness and safety of the packaging. Each product was wrapped in plastic film to effectively prevent bumps and scratches. High-strength wooden pallets were used for the outer crates, which were neatly stacked and clearly marked to ensure the goods remain intact during long-distance sea transport.
